I absolutely love Ivona’s classes and feel very fortunate to have them in my life. I do long hours standing for my work and many physical movements day to day, as well as having quite a severe annular tear in my lower back that I have suffered with for over 15 years. Ivona’s classes have made a huge noticeable difference to relieving my pain, making my core stronger, and overall outlook on my injury shifted. Her classes and style is dynamic, welcoming, supportive and I always feel I get something new from each class. No class feels the same. Ivona’s enthusiasm for showing us different poses is brilliant. I was fortunate to have attended one of Ivonas classes a few years ago and I’ve been a regular at her group classes ever since. I encourage anyone interested in pilates at any level to try Pilates with Ivona. She always brings something new to the class and keeps it varied, she adapts the movements if you have any injuries and really takes care of you’re working with injuries to make sure that you’re moving correctly. I always feel longer and stronger after class which is a great feeling especially after sitting behind a desk all day.

I love Ivona’s classes, it’s the highlight of my week! I suffer from a herniated disc and sciatica and taking her class always makes my back feel so much better.
