Hi,

I’m Ivona and I have been working in exercise and wellness for 8 years helping people on their physical healing journey. I am a certified Pilates teacher and Corrective Exercise specialist with a passion for functional medicine.

My holistic approach stems from my own healing journey as a sufferer of chronic back pain and the effect it can have on mental health. I am here to help you on your healing journey and offer support and accountability every step of the way.

I offer 1:1 coaching as well as online Pilates classes
